Executive Chef & Proprietor
Trained in the prestigious kitchens of his mother's house and later at a YouTube culinary academy he found at 2 AM, Chef Donaldo brings an unparalleled level of confidence to every dish. His philosophy? "I cook with love, spite, and a YouTube tab I refuse to pause."
With over three successful dinner parties under his belt (his mom said they were "fine"), critics have described him as "definitely cooking something" and "surprisingly not bad." His signature move is adding truffle oil to everything and calling it elevated.
